Created in the early 20th century, the Sidecar is one of the first sours of the modern era, inspiring many iconic cocktails such as the Margarita. Our version is made with French Brandy St Remy XO: produced by distilling grapes in copper columns, it offers a delicate aroma of wood with notes of dried fruit, sweet spices and creamy vanilla on the palate. Added to this is Cointreau, an iconic French orange liqueur, which ties the cocktail together by layering full-bodied aromas of jam between the spices of the brandy.
